EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and refunds within 30 days of the purchase date, upon presentation of the original invoice.Items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- with original tags
- in their original condition
Exchanges and Refunds
- All accessories such as pacifiers, pacifier clips, and hygiene items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable for sanitary reasons.
The refund will be issued according to the original payment method, after inspection of the item.
Exceptions
Items with less than 20% discount are refundable.
Promotional, clearance, or sale items with more than 20% discount are final sale.
