Exchanges and Returns
At Kaki Lilas, we want every purchase to be a great experience. If an item does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to assist you with the exchange or return process. 🤍
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method once the item has been received, inspected, and deemed to meet the return conditions.
✔️ Return Conditions
For an exchange or refund to be accepted, items must be:
- new and unworn;
- unwashed;
- with original tags attached;
- returned in their original condition;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
🚫 Non-Eligible Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- pacifiers;
- pacifier clips;
- hygiene products.
🏷 Sale Items
- Items with a discount of 20% or less can be exchanged or refunded.
- Items with a discount of more than 20% are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
📦 Free Returns
At Kaki Lilas, we cover the return shipping costs for eligible requests.
A prepaid return label will be sent to you to facilitate the process.
