EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can exchange, free of charge , within 30 days or return within 15 days of receiving your order, items purchased online by mail, provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, i.e. unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag still on the item and in its original packaging.
A defective item purchased online will be exchanged within 30 days or refunded within 15 days after the date of receipt of your order provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, i.e. unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag still on the item and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for the return of a defective product will be paid by Kaki lilas. The new item will be returned to you without shipping and handling costs.
Any item reduced by 50% or more is considered a final sale; no exchanges or refunds are allowed. Any item already reduced by an additional percentage discount is exchangeable only, unless the total discount reaches 50% or more. Kaki Lilas reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
For each exchange or return request by mail, you must refer to the "exchanges or returns by email" section below. Upon receipt of your email request, Kaki lilas will send you a return label as well as the details to complete your new order if applicable, for the item(s) to be exchanged. The label must be printed and affixed to the return package, which must be dropped off at a designated postal counter or in a mailbox if the package size allows.
Kaki Lilas will not refund any shipping costs if you return a package in any way other than this.

For an exchange, you will be prompted to place a new order for the replacement item(s). If the item(s) are no longer priced or unavailable, you will need to contact customer service by email to adjust your order at infokakililas@gmail.com.
When issuing a refund, we will credit the amount to the same payment method used for the original online order. The credited amount excludes shipping and handling charges, if any, included in the cost of the original online order. These costs remain the customer's responsibility.
