DELIVERY FEES

Delivery is free for all orders over $100 for Quebec and Ontario, and $9.99 for orders under $100.

For Western Canada, which includes the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta, and for remote areas such as Prince Edward Island, Magdalen Islands, Anticosti Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Nunavik, delivery costs are $11.99 for orders under $125 and free for orders over $125.

However, we reserve the right to apply additional delivery charges for some of these remote areas, as well as for deliveries of packages with unusual dimensions or weight, if costs are too high. You will be contacted by a member of our team if additional charges apply.

SHIPPING METHOD

Order deliveries from our online store are handled by Fedex, Purolator, Canada Post, or others, depending on various criteria. However, some items may be shipped by another transport company depending on the weight, dimensions, or quantity of the items ordered.

DELIVERY TIME

Once your order is placed, we require a processing and preparation time of 3-6 business days. Delivery times then depend on your location.
